Leadership Principles (Thoughts worth thinking about)
The top things on the list will not beg for your time

Schedule your time to do what is most important.
(Colossians 4:5)
Beware of wrong imaginations.
(2 Corinthians 10:5)
Do not rationalize a problem away.
Deal with it honestly and openly with god and yourself.
Unsought advice is seldom followed and often resented.
God calls a man to himself
before he will call him to a place.
The sign of a spiritual christian is
not by how he feels about something,
but how obedient is he to god's word.

Find inspiration
(bible, famous people, sermons, etc.)
God gave us two ends:
One to sit on and one to think with.
Success depends upon which one we use most.
Heads we win, tails we lose!
Your companions are like the buttons on an elevator.
They will either take you up or they will take you down.

while others praise him for putting roses on thorns.

The bridge you burn now
may be the one you have to cross later.

When confronted with a goliath-sized problem,
which way do you respond:
"He is too big to hit," or like david, "he is too big to miss?"

Forget yourself for others

When things go wrong, don't go wrong with them.
You can easily determine the caliber of a person
by the amount of opposition that it takes to discourage him.

If the odds are even, where does god get the glory?
Most people spend their lives just quitting on god.
You cannot live on past victories.
What are you doing today?
You cannot get something for nothing.
The greatest work today is not done by geniuses,
but by people with determination.
Leadership is learning to give

like a broken tooth, and a foot out of joint.
